No I bought a space in town and gutted it, then to save on costs I did all the construction. Being that my drummer works at best buy (Not knocking him) but he does not make a whole lot so pretty much all of this has come out of my pocket. I have been saving since 2004 to do this and I started building it about 1 and 1/2 years ago.. Right now i'm about $80,000 into it
.. That's including the building.
But their is a lot of money to be made with this venture. A buddy of mine has a studio in VA and he is making bank off of recording bands and stuff.
that's why I don't take a lot of time off of work to come home..... I have to work 7 days a week just to keep this thing going, keeping the bills paid.
