Belltech 963 2/4 Drop installed
 

My drop kit came in last night and decided to go ahead and install it. I was going to wait until Saturday but I couldn't. Installation was pretty simple and took me about 2.5 hours, which includes jacking with the airbags to get them to work.

I am currently sitting at 34.25" front and 35.5" rear. My airbags are only at 5 psi, but could still be keeping me from being level. I was at 38" front and 38.5" rear, which includes a front level kit.

For the airbags, they have a 3" spacer on top which I cut down to about 3/4" and they fit pretty good. They might be keeping the rear up a little but I don't really know since I didn't get a measurement without the bags in. It will be interesting to see how the truck does with 1000 lbs of payload. I actually kind of like the slight rake since I do tow and haul a lot.

Thanks! I am still trying to get used to it, its a big change for me. I haven't had a lowered vehicle in a long time.

I'm thinking about buying this 2003 ram reg cab (for work) and lowering my truck....I am really getting the itch to lower this truck.. I've done the "High Life" now I want to try the Low Life.
