Bought me a 4 Wheeler!
I went and bought me a 2010 Arctic Cat 550 H1 4wd with 3000lb winch in Lime Green last week. I have had the itch for a 4 wheeler for a while now and looked at the Yamaha, Can-Am, and the Arctic Cat and I am very happy with my choice! I took it out to the lake this weekend and put about 25 miles on it. I am breaking it in a little harder than the manual suggests, but that's how I have always broken in new engines.
I have already used the winch to pull out a dead tree. It was about a foot wide and came out pretty easy. I am keeping it mostly stock for now, probably just going to put HIDs in it and call it good for a while. Here are a few pics. http://i1089.photobucket.com/albums/i360/myoung84/1.jpg http://i1089.photobucket.com/albums/i360/myoung84/2.jpg http://i1089.photobucket.com/albums/i360/myoung84/3.jpg http://i1089.photobucket.com/albums/i360/myoung84/4.jpg http://i1089.photobucket.com/albums/i360/myoung84/5.jpg |

well...........you heard it here first............those new projectors (Matchbox or Micros, name isn't decided on yet) will be in my high beams on the Ram soon. :D I need to get me some chops done..............mr David is a busy booger lately. :D I haz ideas........but I won't derail your thread too much. |
Very interesting... You just doing it for the hell of it now? The minis that I have are amazing when on high beams.
|
I have a few plans for the truck...........and one thing that "irks" me..........I have a business I am wanting to show off what I can do. My lights don't do that.
I don't even use high beams.............LOL - but when the new ones are done I may just have 2x 55W high beam projectors. BURN! Well, I don't even know if 55W will work in the micros............probably not, and thats a LOT of money for another HID kit. I may convert it to halogen. HAHA Who knows. All in the air. |
