Did some plasti dipping today

Bought me a can of PD today and coated my chrome shifter surround. Looks good so far, I am surprised how well it matches the console. Pics coming tomorrow!

I really want to do this but had planned on doing it when I paint my interior to match (thought of that Morgan? Might look good). Maybe I'll just pop it off tonight and spray.

This is easy enough to pop off and spray real quick. I put down 3 coats on mine within about an hour last night and snapped it back on this morning. I actually have thought about color matching the silver trim, but with my 2 tone tan/gray interior I don't know if it would look right.

Gotcha. I've got the black interior so I think color matching mine will look sweet. Care to chop it for me while I'm at work?

Yeah, I'm definitely going to have to do it. It kind of goes away in that pic, but I'm sure I can come up with something. I wonder if black would look better? Sounds like I've got some chopping to do tonight.
