oh... i guess it all happened before this site took off. i was crushed by 300 lbs from a 9' drop at work a while ago. im in thereapy and seeing the dr. regularly. i have 2 torn ligiments and a torn tendon in my right ankle, 3 fractured vertebrea and 2 bulging disc in my back and my maxillary was broken and shoved into my nose by my shattered 2 front teeth. im healing physically but go through bouts of depression and wothlessness. it just sucks sometimes. thanks for the concern i apologize if i scared anyone i remeber talking about it on rf but i guess not here.

Sorry for the pity party it was one of those days....enough of that shiyat.

I got my srt-10 A pilliar that jimtete sent me. Im going to use it to mount my phone/ mp3 player/ gps/ and hopefully soon superchips programmer. Im also planning on color matching the upper interior to the dark slate gray with a black headliner. The front bumper just keeps getting pushed back

Anyone know a good way to make a mont on these pilliars?

Sucks to hear that dude, my offer still stands if you ever need anything.

Your plan for the a-pillar sounds awesome! I'm still trying to find a way to mount my phone in my truck since I use it for GPS also...just haven't found anything that doesn't look cheap. Your idea on the interior is what I wanted to do also but never got motivated enough.

I got a pretty nice universal mount from amazon and mounted it in the lower left corned of the windshield. It's a very high quality mount and works great. I will post up some pics Monday.

Here are some installed pics. It comes with 2 arms, one short fixed arm and a longer extendable arm. I have the longer one on there and with the phone in the cradle it hardly moves, but it will jiggle around a little on rough roads. I have it adjusted so the corner of the phone barely rests on the dash so it doesn't move at all.

That's because your phone is the size of a laptop. :D

That's almost exactly what I'm after Morgan, not big on suction cups though.

Jeremy, how does yours work?

I'm not either, but I don't want to stick anything to my dash or mount anything permanently. I tried to put it in the upper corner but couldn't get it to sit the way I wanted to.

It took a few extra parts from them - but you screw in the connector, and on the other device that pops in.........you put the opposing connector on it. kinda pricey, but works great.

Same here David...I'm right at the point of buying one then back out...Can't seem to put my finger on one and stick with it. My 04 had a 7" Pioneer in it and I liked that one but all I have ever owned is Pioneer Head units and would like to try something different.

I have had this iPad sitting around for a few weeks now so last night I decided to blow the dust off and play around. With a little guidance from jj I am really having fun with it. If I had never gotten into android I would be in love but there is just so much it is lacking compared to my streak. It still maintains wow factor and I'll probably keep it instead of trading it for my truck and Tahoe to be detailed. Overall I will give it a honest 7 out of 10

I just bought one from a guy on RF a few weeks ago and I love mine. I got it as a replacement for my older netbook and it's doing the job just fine. Kinda wished I would've sprung for one with 3G but I'm happy with it nonetheless. For no more than I do on the comp most of the time, it's perfect and I still have the desktop for anything my iPad can't do

I really want a Samsung Galaxy Tab WiFi edition that was just released. They are still running Android 2.2 but should have 3.0 soon.

The Xoom has 3.0........but damnit its a little buggy. Force close on a few things, etc. I'm ok with it. Its still slick as shit, but not as slick as my new camera I nabbed today. :D

What camera did you get? I bought a Canon Powershot Elph 300 a couple weeks ago and I am very impresssed. It even does full 1080 movies.

I picked up a Sony A55 today. I've been looking at new ones for a few weeks, I don't need one, but I "wanted" a new one. I loved the a350 I had, just didn't like the CF cards. With the new Xoom, I wanted something that I could use directly with it, SD cards (mini) will work. :D

This one also does full 1080 video too. I'll give that a shot soon.

I just went downstairs to play with it, I ended up taking 55 pics. In.....4 minutes? It snaps about a pic a sec (on the right settings!). Also has built in HDR, kind of a slick deal there!

Talking about slick deals.....I snagged this one on Craigslist. Photo count is at 134. (before I got it). The guy got it for a project, then was laid off. Camera needs to go, and I saved about..........200 off new. If he wouldn't have told me that it was used, I wouldn't have known.

First couple pics taken:
