Got the Bestop PowerBoards installed last night. Install wasn't too bad, but did take me about 3 hours. Everything fit very well and it's a very well built product. You can barely see the steps when they are up. They even came with LED lights to light up the ends of the boards at night. There is a little bit of flex but they feel like they would have no problems holding 2 full size adults, like myself. :D Sorry about the crappy pics, my little camera at work sucks. I'll get the truck fukked this weekend and get some better pics.

Those look awesome Morgan! My dad has something similar on his F250 and loves them.

Thanks! I even sold the stock steps today! They are boxed up and ready to go to Illinois. So all-in-all after selling those and getting my rebate from Bestop, these only cost me about $450.

Well that's sweet! I sold my old bike yesterday so now I have a little money to play with and can't decide what to do with it.

Well you don't need steps, that's for sure. ;) Sounds like it's time for gears and a locker!

That looks good man. I was thinking of picking some up but I have so many other things I want to get for the truck. But nice buy.

Gears and a locker are still outside of my range right now...I might be working on something right now though. :D

Do tell!

I wish they would release the damn Vararam intake already... I won't be buying it anytime soon but I would at least like to know what it's going to cost.

They might even be too low for a lowered truck. They drop down way lower than the stock steps.

I was working on getting a REN but the guy backed out.

IMHO, for whatever that's worth, I would go aftermarket. The Charger has the RER radio with Nav and I honestly like my Pioneer 100x better. It's easier to use, has a ton more features, and isn't locked down. It also has all the inputs and outputs you need to add amps, sub, backup camera, rear video, A/V inputs for games, etc.

I thought about that but the additional cost of the special harnesses sucks.

How much were you getting the REN for? If you shop around you could get a Pioneer like mine and the harnesses for about $400.

Yeah - I think I have around 4 in mine after all the parts too. But the ren was about 300.

Really Morgan? $400 for the unit w/ all necessary harnesses? Including steering wheel controls? Links?

Yep. Everything was bought either through Sonicelectronix or amazon. I was looking today at sonic and it looks like they have replaced my AVH-P3200 with a P2300 and its of course more. I paid $249 for the headunit on the black friday sale last november. I think the normal price was $279. You should be able to find a
the old model on amazon or ebay for about that same price or buy the new model for $319. I'll dig up some links when I get my laptop out tomorrow.

Here you go David! This includes the new version of the head unit I have. The differences I see are they removed the SD card slot, went from an 8 band EQ to 5 band, went from 3 sets of preouts to 2, and now they give you a remote. If you plan to amp your door speakers and add a sub you will want a 3 sets of preouts. Ebay has some factory refurb AVH-P3200DVD head units for $259 shipped if you want to go that route.

PAC C2R-CHY4 Wire Harness $71.28

PAC SWIJACK Steering Wheel Remote Interface $36.32

Scosche CR1291B Dash Kit $12.73

Scosche Vwa3Rb Antenna Adapter $6.65

Harness Total = $126.98

Pioneer AVH-P2300 $289.99

Grand Total = $416.97 Shipped
