Just noticed that my fog lights have started to get moisture on the lenses...It was fine before I put the HID's in. I took fogs off the truck and dryed it all out but now the moisture is back..Bulbs are in tight looked over the lamp it self no chips or holes visible to the eye.. Any suggestions?

A buddies truck did the same thing and after a lot of frustration he just ordered a knock off set from ebay that looked OEM.

The taillight on the Mega is doing that to, wonder if you could take a blowdryer to it and get rid of the condensation?

That's what I did with the fogs...Used a blow dryer....It came back

How's the temp there right now? It's cooler where I am right now... wonder if the temp has something to do with it

get some bigger o-rings for the HID bulbs, or use the ones that were on your stock bulbs.

The HID's in the fogs would barley fit as is.. I had to take the whole assembly out to get the bulbs to turn into place they are in there tight as hell I tried doubling the O rings but it would not turn in place with 2 rings on the bulb. Colton, it is really wild with the weather...I'm in PA right now yesterday it was 68 and today it didn't make it up passed 22 degrees..It snows one day rains the next and is hot another day. and one of my taillights has moisture in it as well. I have not messed with the tails at all but it is slowly working up the whole light. I don't care about the taillights but I don't want the moisture getting on the HID bulbs and blowing out..

hmmm

well, cheap fix? run a bead of silicone around it, and the bulb. If the bulb ever blows, just take an exacto to the glue and you are good to go.

Jeremy beat me to it. Silicone will most likely fix it, just put it anywhere you can imagine moisture might get in.

I had the same problem on my wife's old Mazda. I eventually got fed up, taped a bicycle tire pump over the headlight socket and stuck it in a bucket of water and started pumping air into it. I found the leak real quick, ran a bead of silicone over it when it dried and it never did it again
